actuation sequence.) It is compatible with Newport's ESP line of controllers. This stage can be deployed for applications with 1
micrometer resolution and 50mm travel range (i.e. approx. 4")! Some other highlights include 0.5 micrometer bi-directional
repeatability, maximum speed of 75mm/sec, maximum loading of 45kg (i.e. 99.2lbs) and is DC motor driven.
